Hello, I’m Joy. I’m fifteen, tall and fair skinned. For me, my life is near to perfect, I have a lot of friends and we all get along and I have a family who cares for me. I am not the fly chick you see in malls and I like it that way, I want myself to be simple but elegant, I love it that way. My friends always remind me that I am beautiful and blessed, they never ever even once told me that I’m bland and a not-so-interesting kid. I’m always happy with them; we are just like soul sisters and brothers. I can’t say that we all have the same interests but we understand each other and we respect each other. Some of my friends likes performing, some studies but me I love playing the piano, fashion, creating looks and taking pictures of them. I have a passion for fashion. We even do amateur pictorials sometimes, they’re not professionally made but we enjoyed it. Since we’re talking fashion here, don’t you like Gucci? Oh, I adore Gucci and Armani, Valentino and many more. I would really love to have all of those super stuffs from those super designers and I also love to travel to fashion places like Milan and France. So, that’s all. MORINGA, MALUNGGAY, SAJINA
Moringa is the English name, Malunggay in Philippines, Sajina in Indian Subcontinent and South East Asia. It grows wildly in hot tropical climate.
Moringa is a herb known all over the world. But only recently in the U.S. It may provide the energy, nutrition and health you've been looking for.
Moringa is a remarkable discovery, which can make biga difference in your health. Gathering scientific evidence shows what has been known for thousands of years by people in the tropical parts of the world: Moringa is nature's medicine cabinet.
It is best known as a source of nutrition and a natural energy booster. Loaded with nutrients, vitamins and amino acids, it replenishes your body and provides what you need to get through a hectic weekday or active weekend.

Daily must-eat foods
Galvez-Tan’s “daily must-eat foods” are:
• Vegetables, eaten raw or as salad or pickled
• Fruits, all kinds, eaten fresh or taken as fresh juice
• Cooked vegetables
• Nuts—peanuts, cashew, coconut, pili
• Complex carbohydrates—brown rice, brown sugar (muscovado, molasses), whole wheat bread, whole corn, kamote, cassava, gabi, ube
“Our diet today is filled with empty calories, carcinogens (cancer-causing chemicals), high-sugar, foods high in bad cholesterol and fat. Eating a plant-based diet will boost your health and well-being,” he said.
On the other hand, Galvez-Tan’s “must-avoid foods” are:
• Animal meat, especially processed meat
• Animal milk and milk products like butter
• Shell fishes—tahong, talaba, tulya, alimango, alimasag, shrimps, prawns, lobsters.
“The World Cancer Research Fund’s report in 2007, based on a five-year project spanning more than 7,000 clinical studies, declared that all people should immediately stop buying and eating processed meat products and that all processed meat should be avoided for life. Processed meats contain chemical additives that greatly increase the risk of various cancers, including colorectal cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, leukemia, brain tumors, and pancreatic cancer,” he said.
A lot of malunggay grows everywhere. It is easy to grow, especially here in the Philippines. Life can be more pleasing if we live life with a healthy way. While kids are young parents must train their child to love vegies and fruits.
